The no carb challenge: results after one week

No Carbs? It's not as bad as you think.....

When I first started this weight loss journey, one of the things I had difficulty getting rid of was carbs. What many people don't realize is that carbs are in a lot of foods. There's no way you can completely get rid of carbs in your diet, but what you can do is minimize the amount to eat daily. If you're used to eating 2 slices of bread daily, start off by bringing it down to just one. It will make a difference, but if you want to see a bigger change, try to discipline your body for a few days, and restrict yourself from having things like bread, spaghetti, macaroni, rice, and other foods that are high in sugar. You can take that to the bank. I have no doubt that you'll begin to see results and feel so much better. You have control of your mouth and what you can put in it. Take charge and watch your body get snatched. If you're able to do it for a few days, try it out for a couple more weeks after that and see if there's anything that you had cut out from your meal plans that maybe you can remove from your house for good. Take it a day at a time and listen to your body. Treat yourself to a burger today, but just get rid of the buns. Told you it wasn't that bad. Til next time guys......
